Purpose of Product Development Committee

The Program Development Committee (PDC) provides an additional forum to discuss and address technical and industry-related issues. It reviews recommendations made by the seven standing committees and may request an evaluation of a particular recommendation by one or more other standing committees, as appropriate. The PDC may move to approve the recommendation arising from the technical committees for consideration by the Board of Directors (BOD). The PDC may itself make recommendations, to the BOD, concerning policy level issues of Crop-Hail, MPCI or MPCI alternative programs. It may work directly with FCIC in exploring ways to efficiently accomplish program changes and on resolution of policy level issues.

The minutes of the meetings are accessible for view online to the Committee and the Board members only.
