Fall crop insurance deadline near

 

Florida growers of wheat, oats, sugar cane, and potatoes have only until September 30 to sign up for federally subsidized crop insurance, or to make any changes to existing deadlines.

 

Not all crops are insurable in every county.  Producers wanting to learn more, to sign up, or to make any changes to existing policies must contact a crop insurance agent before the September 30 deadline.
