Meetings to Educate Farmers on Soybean Rust

OVERLAND PARK , Kan. --- The National Crop Insurance Services (NCIS), a nonprofit trade association located in Overland Park , Kan. , is partnering with the University of Kentucky , the University of Tennessee , the University of Arkansas , Mississippi State University , Louisiana State University, and the USDA’s Risk Management Agency to conduct workshops on risk management strategies for Asian Soybean Rust. The meetings will focus on the latest information on the disease and control opportunities, as well as discussions on farm and risk management and crop insurance considerations.
