MPCI Actuarial Documents and Maps
Available to Members on Paper, CD-ROM, and
via Internet Download
NCIS provides many MPCI members with actuarial document support. This support includes mailing actuarial documents on paper of on CD-ROM for each county in which MPCI insurance is offered.
Agent Paper Service
NCIS Members and agents signed up for actuarial document and map service on paper receive documents throughout the year, as they are released by FCIC.Agent CD-ROM Service
NCIS Members and agents signed up for actuarial document and map service on CD-ROM receive electronic (PDF) files for each county in which they write. Every time FCIC releases new or revised documents, a new CD is created. The new CD is cumulative. That is, each new CD the agent receives, contains ALL the documents released for his or her counties in the current calendar year.Agent Internet Service
NCIS Members and agents signed up for Internet actuarial document and map service can download electronic (PDF) files for each county in which they write through the NCIS Web site. A user ID and password is required, which may be obtained by contacting the NCIS Webmaster, or by requesting online.A sample agent account has been created for those interested in testing Internet downloads. When you follow the link below, the test user ID is "A950A99999" (case sensitive, without the quotes), and the password is "ncis123" (case sensitive, without the quotes). Download times will vary, depending on the amount of data and the speed of your Internet connection.

CD-ROM Subscriptions
Full sets of MPCI actuarial documents and maps are available to NCIS members on CD ROM. Intended primarily for company use, the 2 CD sets contain ALL actuarial documents and maps released during year for ALL crops in ALL counties in ALL states, and are completely updated with each document filing released by FCIC. With each FCIC release, the CDs are updated to include all documents and maps released for the year. These CDs contain navigation aids for quick access to counties, as well as other documents related to the Actuarials.Click one of the links below to see a sample (read note before clicking). Please do not use the files below since they are out of date.
The CDs (containing all states, all counties, all crops) are available for purchase for $250 per set. A new set of CD's, containing all documents and maps released by FCIC through the latest filing are available after the documents are released contain ALL documents and maps for the current year.
The CDs may be purchased separately (i.e., each time FCIC releases documents) or through a one-year subscription plan. In 1997, there will be 6 releases of 1998 crop year documents comprising of 10 document filings. Purchased separately, CD's for these 6 releases would cost $1,500. A one-year subscription saves $500 from the single purchase total.
NCIS offers special pricing for purchases of multiple copies, and for the purchase of CDs that will be used by a single user or by multiple users in a single location (e.g., on a computer network).
